: about the roleled the design efforts for two companies,
RDI ➥ ( Research Data Infrastructure) and
CAG ➥ (Center for Advanced Government), managing both
in-house and
freelance designers. Ensured cohesive design processes across both organizations.
: key contributions- developed and maintained the brand identity for both companies.
- structured the work of the design team to support website development and data visualization projects.
- led hackathons, special projects, and created visual materials for government presentations and public events.
: why i stand outRDI focused on collecting and publishing government data, while CAG used this data for evidence-based policy research. My role required me to
balance brand consistency, assist with
data visualization, and collaborate closely with the media team on content strategies. Additionally, I created presentations for government agencies, aiming to acquire data and promote adherence to the evidence-based policies we developed.
with a
small, versatile design team, I fostered a collaborative environment where each member became a
multitasking expert. We successfully ran multiple
hackathons, competitions, and a forum, which demanded fast turnaround times for
landing pages, publications, templates for live streams, and operational design across various platforms.
in this fast-paced environment, I excelled at delivering results while juggling
multiple responsibilities. My experience in running high-stakes public events and communicating with government stakeholders set me apart, allowing me to
navigate complex projects and
maintain high design standards under tight deadlines.
i offer a unique blend of
versatility,
organizational leadership, and the ability to
drive creative solutions in data-intensive environments.
